Legal Question in Family Law in California

New loan, New divorce

I am going through a rate adjustment with my mortgage company and they said my ex-wife must also sign because she is on the loan and our divorce is not final. They told me I had 30 days to have her sign or get a judgement from the court saying she did not have to sign or i would lose my home. How do iI handle this?

work out the property division with your wife. sign and file the stipulation so the court can sign off.
