My ex wont get my name off his loan

My ex will not take my name off his loan on his house. I am trying to refinance my home but I can't until my name if off the loan. I have it in my divorce documents but how do I enforce this?

You will have to consult with an attorney. The attorney will review the court order and then advise as to the proper procedure. You may be able to file a motion in family court to force him to take your name off the loan.
