Can not locate spouse

I have filed 3 times the right to publish as I can not locate my spouse. I have published on line in the SJ Mercury news and have sent the docs to the last know address. What can I do now to get on with the divorce? I do not know where she is, she took all my money and split on me after 3 months being married. Please help me I have tried leagal help through the court but they do not know what do for me. Thank you and I look forward to hearing what direction I can take to complete my divorce as quickly as possible.

First you should consider filing a petition for annulment. You may qualify in as much as the marriage was only 3 months. Before you can serve by publication you have to get a court order allowing service of the summons and petition.
