I do not understand your question. Do you mean how long it stays on your record. If so the answer is indefinitely. You should see a lawyer about getting it expunged but that will not remove it from your record. It will help however in some respects.

If you mean how long it takes to come to trial or how long the period of probation is that varies depending on the individual facts. You ought to talk to your lawyer.
