long custody battle....kids have minors counsel....kids say he is hitting them...ages 15, 13, & 10...he denies...says they are making it up...do you think getting 730 physic evaluation is a good idea?

A child custody evaluation with any related testing the evaluator feels would be appropriate would be the best direction. I would think that if the children are reporting this abuse to their court appointed attorney, the attorney should be getting protective orders and assisting in filing a report with child protective services.
