How long to get a divorce ?

How long does it take to get a divorce if both husband and wife are willing, no property or kids are involved ?

minimum 6 months from the date one of you files and serves the other.

You could file a stipulation to enter judgment the same day the petition is filed. It will then take 6 months for the judgment to be "legally" entered.
