Legal Question in Family Law in California

How Long

My fiancee filed for divorce in August of last year and in a couple of days goes for the final decree how much longer do we have to wait to get married after that is there a rush process it has been 10 long months please help.

Re: How Long

The divorce is final on the date stated on the judgment. Once the date on the judgment is past you can marry at any time.
