how long after a stipulation and waiver of final declaration of disclosure, should i wait to file judgement form or does it go into automatic divorce status?

Nothing is automatic. You have to file a proposed judgment and either a stipulation to judgment or you can try to get it through a declaration. Otherwise you have to set a hearing. You can file it all concurrently with the final disclosure waiver, or any time after.
