I cant loose my kids
ex & i had joint coustody for 3 yrs now sence divorce of our 4 children well me (stuck on stupid) has did everything & beyond for ex now moving on finally i have girlfriend & realized time to cut money grubbin ex off she has always been greedful evil etc well she has brain washed my children lied to all in court on papers and went filed full custody me visitation every other weekend and child suport she all of a sudden claims me unfit father and that my children were in danger at my home etc my question is all her lies and minipulations is so far winnin she gained temp full custody etc I cant loose my kids what do i hav to do & or can do please help

You need to get an attorney to help you with this. I know that most responses on this forum say, "Hire me."
When it comes to custody, you need an attorney. If you have a good attorney, you won't lose your kids, and you won't lose visitation.
Best bet for getting an attorney who is qualified to handle this type of thing is to ask your friends who they have used. Even if the attorney they refer doesn't do family law, ask for a referral to a good attorney.

You need to ask that a family law psychologist talk to all the parties. The psychologist will make a report of recommendations. The psychologist will spend more time that the court mediator will in reviewing the facts and evidence you have. A good attorney can help by showing the court how the mother is a big liar and cannot be trusted.
