Legal Question in Family Law in California

i lost my kids depression made me so weak throughout the whole struggle.

ell i lost my kids to theyre grandma, and i was in depression throughout the whole struggle.Do i have a strong case. For the reason is they wanted me to stay away from the father and i did but soon went back after few months because of being depressed and i had nobody to really support guid or help me.
