Legal Question in Family Law in California

An appeal is always available to you, but you would have to prove to the appellate court that either the lower court abused the law, or abused its discretionary powers. If just an abuse of discretionary powers, it is almost impossible to prove. But, I would never suggest to do an appeal without having retained legal counsel. Good luck!
