low incom people can not affort atterny fee

for famely law child custedy and visitation also divorce if i am very low income people can not affor or able to pay lawer fee to represent my case in court, dose socical office provied free lawyer or place wher i can get legal help in orang county or los anglesh my case is in L.A county but i live in orange count plese advice me soon its argent.
