Lying to a Judge

My friend has lied to a Judge to make her husband look bad in a divorce case. She did it on paper about who emptied the bank accounts. She did and said he did. Is this illegal? and will she get in trouble?

She may have committed perjury. That is lying under the penalty of perjury.
