Legal Question in Family Law in California
I mailed divorced papers to my wife, which lives in indiana. i unfortunately lost the proof of service papers that needed to be filed with courts. she never responded. but, she filed for divorce in august 2011. i filed in sept.2010. what form am i to use to dismiss her proceeding since i filed first?

If she filed her divorce in Indiana, you would need to contact an Indiana attorney to file a motion to dismiss her case. If she filed in California, you can file a motion to consolidate the two cases under your case number. This something you would have to draft -- there is not a form for that.
