How do I get the mailing address to CPS in Hayward or Oakland, CA? Don't want a

I want to write to the Child Protective Services in Oakland or Hayward? I do not want to use a hotline number. I'm not sure whether it's located in Hayward or Oakland. Why isn't their mailing or physical address listed in directories? I've looked on web white & yellow pages to find only Hotline numbers? Can you help? thanks!

Have a friend called them and ask for their mailing address. Then, your friend can give the mailing address to you. You can print out these instructions and give them to your friend.
