Legal Question in Family Law in California

What makes a women an unfit mother ...do i have a case .please help
My daughter has been threw alot this last 3 years her mother moved 7 times put her in three different school districts. Smokes around my daughter against my daughters wishes. My daughter has had a yeast infection for a year. when asked her mom says its normal. she gives my daughter medicene that she assumes she needs. Then when she cannott afford it realizes that my daughter doesnt need it. I have been in my ex house and lets just say its not to acceptable standards. There are instances where they didnt pick my daughter up from school and i was called. there are so many more instances that make me dizzy and sick to my stomach... my daughter doesnt want to hurt her mom... but i spent alot of money the last time i took her to court and she just lied and got physical custod, but she is guilty of the things she claimed me of do i have a case

How old is your daughter? If you decide to go for custody again, you might request minor's counsel. That makes it a little easier.
