ex keeps making false reports of abuse to gain custody

My ex is trying to stop supervised visitation by making false accusations. This is not the first time. She had me arrested for spousal abuse and I took it to a jury trial and was found not guilty. She filed a tro at the same time in our divorce and gained temp custody of our child, I finally got it removed and vacated completely. Now I was contacted by an officer of the Sexual Assault Unit, who said she made a report that I had attempted to assault our child (which I only see is supervised visitation-working on getting that removed). After speaking with the Officer she is closing this case and will be making a closing report of mine and my ex's statements.HOW DO I STOP MY EX FROM FILEING FALSE REPORTS ON ME? She is manipulating our child trying to get support of these false reports and I am afraid that I am going to end up in jail, just because she wants to move with our daughter!

wow, what a nitemare of an ex to have.

i would suggest that you sue her for the following causes of action for starters....defamation, invasion of privacy (false light), intentional infliction of emotional distress, abuse of process, malicious prosecution, wrongful instigation of civil proceedings, etc...this should put your ex on notice that such illegal conduct will no longer be accepted or humored by you period. if you would like further assistance or legal representation, email me today.
