my son-inlaw was kicked out the home by my daughter,she is having a relation with another man .they been together for 11 years but married for 1 year however.she continue to verbally abuse ,threat and even demand money from him if he wants to see children.i am so sadden by her violent and unjust behavior tords this man.she has a good job,he does side job,dont have money for lawyer but is a good kind man who loves his kids(3)so much that even though his not living in the same roof with this lady will comply with any thing she wants from him for the fear of her not letting him see children.she demands he dont have another relation,money childcare any time she want or else he cant she children.worst she degrates him in front of the children or strangers for any reason.she is very violent and angry person ,since i can remember i thought she would grow out of this cruel and selfish, mentality when she would grow older yet she 29 and has not change but gotten worst.i feel to be blame for not seeking help when she was a child ,i can stay away from her but not too far because of my grandkid,but he cant those are his children can someone help him?is it true if he dont pay childsupport he is not allowed to see children?what can he do?

She can't deny visitation, even if he doesn't pay child support. He should go to court and ask for an order for visitation.
