Male's Right's to Unwanted Pregnancy
My girlfriend and I had a sexual encounter on Feb. 3rd when the condom broke. The next day we both went to Family planning where I observed her voluntarily taking the ''24'' hour pill and the follow-up next day pill to terminated the pregnancy. She recently took an HPT on the 10th which showed positive. Note she has already terminated one pregnancy by abortion about a year ago.
After the HPT she decided that if she is pregnant she is going to go full term with it giving me no choice in the matter. It appears as she is now not mentally in a healthy state and I am also concerned she may end everything(her life) over this. I have called the appropriate people to help her. My question is since she and I both do not want this child and we voluntarily went to terminate it do I have any rights if she does decide to have this child. She is 18 and I am 17 so I have am not an adult yet, but can I seperate myself legally if she decides to ruin both of our lives, or can I ask her to put the child for adoption, or even possibly have a say as to abortion. Also is this statutory rape since I am currently a minor.

If she has the child, and if you are the biological father, you will have full parental rights and responsibilities.

I do not believe that you have any legal say in whether or not she has an abortion.

Since you are under the age of 18, you can not give legal consent to having intercourse.
