Does this hold ANY precedence in American courts?
By definition, it so far only looks like it matters in Canada or England.
Otherwise, how do we press charges for failure to (say..investigate) for three years, the petitioners who got custody, who are in fact felons for child sex abuses? ??????????

If you're the respondent, it's your burden to investigate and prove your claim. If you have new evidence, file an OSC regarding modification of custody.
