Legal Question in Family Law in California

Malpractice?

I have an MSA in place however it

has never been enforced. I have

contacted my attorney innumerable

times to do what is necessary to

have it enforced. He is happy to be of

help when it requires a court

appearance, but not otherwise. What

course of action can I take to have

this judgement enforced?

You have to bring a motion to enforce whatever terms you want enforced -- and do a court hearing.
