this man owns properties in california, he marries a young girl from his country syria, and they reside los angeles for a year and she has a baby 2 weeks ago. he doesnt want them anymore and wants to kick them to the street. she had a good job where she was but she came here with all kind promises from him. his greed gets him paranoid he wants them out, he doesnt want to support his wife or his newborn or give them anything at all. what are her rights? he will not willingly care for either of them she needs whatever she can get to support herself and her baby. He just today quit claim deeded all his properties to his evil brother told her to go back to algeria and he might give her 50 dollars. She has done nothing to deserve this and I would like to guide her a little. does a quit claim deed today have any effect on property division in a divorce that has not been signed or filed yet? please help her this man is a criminal
