Mandated Reporting Abuse
Are Judges, famiy law mediators, family law investigators, and attorneys told..mandated reporters for child abuse?
Which of these can be sued for refusing to , and for pushing child INTO physical and other abusing.?

You're waaaaaay out of focus here.
If you're truly aware of a child being abused, then call CPS. Don't wait for somebody else.
In my experience, all of those people mentioned in your question go out of their way to protect kids. If you're being ignored, then something else happened. Somehow you lost creditability with the court.
If your lack of creditability is getting in the way of protecting a child, then hire a creditable attorney to represent you.
