Your judgment of dissolution will have an effective date on the front of it. Presumably that was long ago, but whatever the date, that is when you can remarry anywhere. Be careful, though, we have a panicked questioner here today who thought her divorce was final because the judge granted it, but the paperwork was never submitted and her subsequent marriage is now probably void. So find your actual signed/filed/entered divorce judgment and make sure it has a divorce date on it, before you get remarried.
