If child who is 21 years old decides to attend college does marital settlement agreement to pay college education expenses after attaining age of majority bind parent to pay?

The marital settlement agreement and judgment are binding and enforceable, so generally, yes it can require payment of college expenses. You should have the wording reviewed by an attorney who can give you a more specific opinion. Good Luck, Pat McCrary
