Legal Question in Family Law in California

Marital/Business Law?

Dick owned a business prior to marrying Jane. A few days before the wedding Dick had Jane trade her car in for a new one which he put his name on the title and not hers. Dick does not want Janes name on anything. Can Jane legally put her name onto the titles for the business and the car now that they are married? Or does Dick have to agree or do it himself? Dick and Jane live in CA, but went to Nevada to get married. Thanks!!
