Legal Question in Family Law in California

marraige fraud

my wife is in usa(Non resident indian us citizen), i am in india(indian citizen) , my wife has not intrested to do continue relationship with me,so, she is not ready to give me sponser letter, sir , without taking divorce with me dose she could do another marriage in usa or does she could leave with another men by any law?

In usa she would need a divorce to marry another man. If she dose not it is a crime. As to live with another man there is no law against it.
