Legal Question in Family Law in California

I was marred for 11 mouths. Then my wife kicked me out . We bouth have cars and i am still paying the payments and inc . I would like to stop paying hers but my name is on hers. My truck dose not have her name on it and I bought it after she kicked me out but i am afraid that if her car gos back she will get my truck in court is that true.

If her car goes back, she will not necessarily get your truck as it is your seperate property. If she keeps hers then she has the responsibility to pay for it.
