Legal Question in Family Law in California

Marriage never consumated, husband left 12 years ago, cannot find him to file an annulment. How can I get a divorce without him?

There are plenty of ways to find people. Unless he is homeless and totally "off the grid" there are records that can be found to find him. You have plenty of personal identifying information on him on your marriage license. If you lost it you can get a copy from the county where you took it out. If you have or can locate a social security number for him, you can almost certainly find him.
