Legal Question in Family Law in California

Marriage

My daughter who just turned 18 and graduated high school at the semester mark just got married to someone who is 25. She does not have her dipolma yet, the school will not give it to her until the end of the school year. My question is, is this legal or can her husband have charges pressed against him?

When she turned 18 she became an adult. Also they are married. Therefore sexual relations between them are not a violation of the law.
