Legal Question in Family Law in California

my marriage ended in an anullment,court ordered that man to pay me $7000.00 .though i called him ,he never returned th e call nor making any attempt to pay me.my lawyer got retired too how can i get the money.please advice

Return to court on an enforcement motion.

You have two options - traditional enforcement of judgments, or an OSC re: contempt. Since you are in family court the OSC is the far simpler way to go. Forms are available online.
