Marriage to Minor

Can someone get married to a 17year old minor in Nevada and have it be legal in California? The minor is male and the female is 24 and pregnant with the minors child. Will any party be arrested?

A legal Nevada marriage should be recognized by California. The general rule is that it is legal to have sex with a spouse.
