Marriage Nullity

I have been married to my husband

8 months and i have recently found

oout that he only married me to get

his legal immigration papers plus he

has another family a woman and a

child that i just recently found out

about. is there any way that i can

get a nullity? i know the major

reasons for getting a nullity but can i

petion this in front of a judge?

yes...you can. You also need to notify immigration. Did you already go to the interview with him?
