Legal Question in Family Law in California

Marriage

I was recently divorced in Mexico and according to Mexican Law I have to wait one year to re-marry. Do I also have to wait one year in California?

You should probably follow the rules of your home jurisdiction, otherwise you may suffer the consequences of not following the original court order which handled your divorce.
