marriage and refinance
Hello, I purchased an income property as a single man. Now I am married and would like to refinance. Does that automatically make my wife 50% owner or is there a way around it. please give any/and all info thank you

Payment of the mortgage with wages will create a community property interest in the home even without the refinance. You need to consult with an attorney regarding this matter. The attorney will be able to fully review the facts of the case with you.
