What happens if a person got married and they found out that their first marrieage was not final.

Have the first marriage dissolved, then have second marriage declared valid. Contact me directly.

Then the second marriage is void. You have to terminate the first marriage and then get remarried, unless you qualify for what's called entry of judgment "nunc pro tunc" in the first case.
