Legal Question in Family Law in California
I got married to some one who is allready married. Where does that leave me and what rights do I have if he takes of with my things like for example my car. Can I get it back or can he have possetion of it when I called the police they would not help me because at the time they thought he was my husband
what do I do now

If you no longer want to be married to him, you can file for an anullment. If you want to remain married, you can have him file for a divorce from the first spouse so that your marriage can be legal. Your case is complicated enough that it would be wise to get a consultation with an attorney so you can figure out how to proceed.
