Legal Question in Family Law in California

I was married in California in the 80's, then married in Nevada to the same woman, in the 90's. We never divorced, and only lived together for about 6 months. Here it is 2011, and we're finally going to divorce.

My Question.... Will one divorce in California, take care of both marriages, or do we have to file in both states

One divorce action, in California, is all that is needed.

I agree that only one divorce is needed, or allowed for that matter. I would just add that if the California marriage was fully valid, and never terminated, then the Nevada marriage really doesn't exist.
