Legal Question in Family Law in California

un married has one child

the mother of my child has not been in touch for five years and I can't find her any help with this, and is there a legal issue with mother not letting the father no where his daughter is? I have low income and pay allot of child support now for two other children what can be done

Contact your county district attorney and see if they have a child stealing unit. In San Diego County they will locate the child and set up a hearing on custody and visitation. Good Luck, Pat McCrary
