Legal Question in Family Law in California
I am a married with one child. I am a resident alien and my wife and child are US citizens. If we get divorced does she have more custody rights than I do because she is a citizen?

No, but you will need to make sure the divorce does not affect your resident alien status. It probably will not but that is a question for an immigration attorney, as I am not positive of the answer on that.
