You need to file for either divorce or nullity of marriage.

YES your are married to him, assuming that the person in Nevada performing the ceremony complied with Nevada Law. To my knowledge all states require that marriages be performed by individuals licensed or recognized by the state, and all ceremonies be properly recorded. Check marriage records in Nevada, if you want to be certain.

You would probably be able to have the marriage annulled, on the ground of fraud. That is he married you only to remain in the U.S.
