Legal Question in Family Law in California

If a married couple separates and one leaves the household, almost all the bills and child but sees the child every other weekend, does the one that left deserve alimony and do they have to pay child support. The couple does make close to the same amount of money.

Deserve has nothing to do with spousal support and child support. Spousal support is payable when the is an appreciable difference in incomes of the parties. Child support is based upon incomes and parenting time. You need to consult with an attorney and get specific legal advice about your situation.
