Legal Question in Family Law in California

I got married in dec 5, 2003.

My wife file for devorse in jan 2005.

Assuming I was already divorsed, I married my secord wife in Nov 2006.

I just checked with the court and it shows my final divorse from my first wife in June 2007.

What do I need to do to set the record stright with the state?

You might be able to amend your divorce to enter the final date "nunc pro tunc:. If you cannot (which is probable) you just need to re-marry your current wife. You currently have a "putative marriage" which means you entered into the marriage in good faith. But you will need to make it legal by getting married. Make a good weekend out of it and celebrate your relationship. Good Luck, Pat McCrary
