Married getting divorce
I have been married for 4 years and I have filled for divorce. My husband has a strong history of vilolance with me. He has not worked for 6 months and I have paid all of the bills for the past yesr. He is asking for everything including support. I need to go back to my home State can he keep he here? And will he get everything?

The payment of child support is dependent upon a number of factors. One of these factors is that if he lost his employment as the result of his committing domestic violence you would not have to pay him spousal support. Your best option is to retain an attorney to assist you in this matter.

His understanding of California law is as irrational as his behavior has apparently been. Assetts and debts accumulated during marriage are equally shared at divorce. Length of marriage would probably limit if not stop him from getting spousal support and the court would demand he get to work or any support that they may awary, will be stopper unless good cause show. 800-685-6950
