Using married last name even though you're divorced

my name is--name removed-- i'm a recently divorced male since june'08. my question is, does my ex wife have any legal right to continue using my last name instead of going back to maiden name?

i would rather she go back to maiden name..i dont want her to continue using my last name..

The choice is hers. You cannot stop her continued use of your last name.
