married in Florida Divorce california?

I got married in Florida but im living in california i want to divorce can i do it from here? or i have to go to florida?

A divorce (dissolution action) should be filed in the state that you are living at the time that you file for divorce. So you need to file in California. Good Luck, Pat McCrary
