Legal Question in Family Law in California
I married in 2004. We just found out my husbands divorce was not final. We have corrected the paperwork error. Is our marriage void? California

Yes, it is void on the grounds of bigamy.

Mr. Roach is correct. It is void. You should contact a local attorney about obtaining an annulment with a determination of putative spouse status to preserve your legal rights as if you had been married, and then presuming you wish to remain married, you need to finalize his divorce and then remarry.
