Legal Question in Family Law in California

I have been married since May 24, 2009. My husband has had 9 jobs since then. I was just about to tell him about getting a divorce but he was fired again yesterday. Will I be responsible for paying him allimony as I have had a steady job the whole time? Is there something I can do to prevent that?

I have two children from a previous marriage that lived with us. The oldest is now in college, the youngest starting college this fall. I have a Parent Plus loan for the oldest in my name. At present I owe $8,500 on the college loan. Will this amount prevent me from being able to get a summary dissolution.

I have found out through the years that he basically married me for the money I had. At the time I have $200,000 in savings from the house I had sold and will inherit $500,000 when my mom dies (At present she is 95 years old). He had no money when we met and lost his job weeks later. Also when we married for his vows he read a poem that I later found out was about paganism nor has he worn his ring. He has lied about most of his past. Can I get the marriage annuled?

No, the debt is separate and will not disqualify you from summary dissolution. You have not provided any legal grounds for annulment.
