You absolutely must annul and remarry. Your marriage is void, not voidable, meaning it is completely invalid and cannot be redeemed. If both you and your current husband were both unaware of the problem, you can agree to have the annulment be on the basis of a "putative marriage," which will simplify things and easily line it up for you to remarry and go on with your lives. You may be able to do this yourself, but you should pay for a few hours of guidance from a knowledgeable family law attorney along the way, or just hire one to do it for you.
Your conference with a family law attorney should also cover how you wish to treat any assets or debts you acquired during the void marriage period of time.
