if I get married and my income is now dual and goes up alot and my x wife takes me back to court to raise her child support does my income or dual income come in to play?

No, your new wife's income will not be used for your child support. However, your married tax filing may have a slight impact on the child support formula.

Ms. Lock is correct. Only your income is used to determine available income for support, but the impact of her income on the taxes on your income is part of the formula.
